Healthier lifestyle

I'm determined to lose at least 5 lb by the end of the year. It's going to be hard but I think I'm able to do it. *crossing my finger* I'm going to try to go to the gym everyday, doing cardio, lifting weights, kickboxing, etc... I'm going to drink more water, eat more fibers. Wish me luck!!! I need all the support I can get. Hopefully I can have abs by next year hehe... I have to take it slow...

you can do it :) just in the last few weeks you've changed your diet, been exercising regularly. if not for losing the lbs, it's great for your health!

now, if I can just be disciplined to follow your footsteps...hehehe
