You disappoint me
Today is Adam's bday and I've prepared a little surprise for him... Except UPS ruined it!!!!!! huaaaa... How could they do this... I used to hate ups a lot but after working for them, I have a newfound respect for them. But now, I don't know if I can trust them again or not... I am so upset... I have 2 packages for Adam, the first one is a gift that I shipped from Seattle, and I think that one made it on time... I hope... and then there's a bday cake which I ordered from NY. I shipped it next day air since it's a cake, pay a lot of money to ship it next day air and to canada. I just tracked the package and it says that the package was left in the ups facility in louisville, ky so there's a delay.... Uuughhh... I quickly emailed my contact person at the cake store. I'm worried about the freshness of the cake, that's why they shipped it next day air but of course, some ups sorters decided to just leave the cake in the facility. I definitely want my money back, I paid freakin $40 just for shipping.

ouch... that's really bad.....hahahahah i used to hate UPS also... jamnya itu loh. janji dari jam berapa eh datengnya malah ngaret. -_- udah gue bela2-in ga kekelas demi paket malah ga dateng... udah jarang beli stuff online sih.. so not really sure how UPS are right now :p
Soal janji jam berapanya emang agak susah sih. Soalnya volume load nya kan beda2 tiap hari dan rumah2nya jg beda2 so supirnya mesti arrange gitu the fastest way to get it all done. Apalagi kalo ada pickup stops, kalo misalnya volumenya lagi gede, dia ga bisa selesaiin delivery dulu so mesti tunda sampe selesai pickup ^^
Soalnya itu jg estimate si ya... supirnya jg pengen bgt get rid of that package from the car soalnya dia jg prefer deliver drpd mesti balik ke rumah itu lagi besoknya, which means extra work. Hhuahua... gua jd ngebelain ups gini bo... nooo gua belain supir ups, bukan ups nya

ngerti dikit juga sih gara2 bantuin supir ups selama seminggu. mereka hebat. salut bgt deh sama memori mereka. bener2 kerja keras.
tapi sistemnya itu lho.
gimana caranya buat dibikin lebih efisien. buat bisa bantuin supirnya kerja lebih baik pula.
kerjaannya IE sih :P
