Fat or Muscle

It's been a while since I visited my beloved mieko. I went there a couple of days ago. Headed to the scale after I was done working out. I lost 2 lb wohooo... I was happy that day but now I cant help but thinking, did I lose fat or muscle? Muscle is heavier than fat and I haven't been working out for a couple of months which means I could be losing muscle instead of fat, huaaaaa thus I'm not that estatic anymore.

I will start working out again (crossing my finger) to channel my anger which was caused by a certain individual. Hehe actually it's not an anger but I think it could be a good motivation for me. I planned to see a trainer this Friday morning but I forgot I have to work from 8 to 12 so I'm gonna have to postponed it. I want to have a body like samantha harris, the dancing with the stars host and E! news correspondent. I like her arms...

chanel your anger? hmm... work out can help... thanks to the happy hormons our body generates after working out.
I need to work out too. so out of shape :P
